Rehabilitation and Community ServicesOLB continues to respond to a variety of needs within the community. In 2007, OLB served over 800 individuals with such outreach activities as rehabilitative training, counseling, educational seminars and the Oklahomans Without Limits (O.W.L.) Youth program.As the only private agency in the state of Oklahoma providing these types of services, it is our mission and goal to obtain the resources we need to provide services to every Oklahoman with vision loss. If you or someone you know is losing their vision or has lost their vision, we are here to help by offering support, training, and information.
